This should not be an accredited Mercedes-Benz repair shop. The quality of service is truly pathetic. There is a serious lack of communication and empty promises reign supreme. The excuses extended to their driver having an accident on the day that he was supposed to fetch me. The consultants do not seem to understand the business well
