DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SILVERLAKES ARC

Silverlakes ARC is a disgrace of a Repair Centre. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM. If your Insurance wants to use them, ask for another repair centre.

It is now 6 weeks for a small repair on my vehicle after the initial timeframe was 5-7 Business days. When phoning them and asking for feedback it takes them 8 hours before returning your call, and the excuse is “we can’t contact the workshop due to loadshedding” and “The workshop cannot work due to loadshedding”. For some apparent reason the front desk employees cannot walk to the Workshop to ask for feedback, they have to call the workshop. Seems inefficient, especially if you know you can’t phone them during loadshedding.
