Disgusted with service recieved

I am utterly disappointed with the service received.<br> <br> parts to repair my vehicle was apparently ordered roughly 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> firstly I never received phone call from them like promised by my insurance. I only received an sms from the panel beater.<br> <br> secondly if I want feedback I have to call them. they never call me.<br> <br> thirdly the parts ordered were not all the parts for both my claims. and I will complain about momentum short term insurance in a different post. As my insurance company apparently never sent my second claim.
