Avoid at all costs

Avoid this panel beater at all costs. It is going on 7 weeks now and my vehicle is still with them and they refuse to release it to the insurance after it was assessed and declared a write off. Parts for the vehicle were ordered before it was stripped for damage assessment. As the vehicle is a write off the insurance company needs to move the vehicle to a salvage yard, however Silverlakes ARC will not allow them to do that as they want payment for the parts they ordered. On top of this communication from Silverlakes ARC is non-existent and they were constantly unable to provide reliable feedback or any feedback at all.
