BAD WORKMANSHIP & POOR SERVICE

Silverlakes ARC was appointed by Santam to fix my car. They damaged the car as part of their repair process. I had to take the vehicles back to them, they refused to arrange a vehicle for me to use in the meantime, I am now without a vehicle, had they done their job properly in the first place I would have a vehicles as we speak. Bad workmanship and poor service is what they specialise in.
