Unacceptable service from Silvercap Trading in GQE

We've been waiting for 2 weeks for a part to arrive to repair our washing machine. We were assured the part would arrive by end August. This morning I am told that a consignment was received yesterday (1 Sept) but not the part we need. an ETA cannot be provided. At least one other person in PE had to wait 8 weeks before the matter was resolved.
