Silveray supplies perished goods

I sent an email to Croxley regarding perished rubberbands sold to me in PnA. A They rep**** offering to replace the rubber bands. I even offered to return it to the store for the rep. Eight days later, I have had ZERO communication from the company. I use this item daily i my line of work. I am really disappointed in the customer service I received.
