Silveray saved my Waterman!

This shout out goes to Elizabeth Lemeke from Silveray Stationers that went the extra mile to fix my Waterman Pen. I had lost the cap of my pen, and because my pen was an older model, the cap part was not available ion South Africa. Silveray then ordered the missing part from overseas and fixed my pen. I couldn't be happier! What made the whole thing special as well was that they collected the pen from my office and delivered it back once it had been repaired. I was truly moved by their willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you to Elizabeth Lemeke and your team of stationary fanatics like me :-)
