Great service by Silveray

I love my Waterman fountain pens and they were due for service. I've sent them to Silveray via PnA. Silveray quickly assessed the damage and arrange for the service. The pens were back in my home town in a jiffy. I want to give a big "thank you" to Sandy Pape whom assisted me.
