holiday turned into a night mare!

We went to silverstreams with 13 people. The reception we recieved from the owner Sanee was appoling!We book the weekend 27 feb-2 March.on arrival,Sanee watched every move that we made.We did not have freedom and could not enjoy ourselves because of the constant complains and restrictions that we were getting from her.She kept on driving past to keep an eye on us like we were prisoners.The reason why i am putting this on, is because Sanee was very ****** towards us because we are an indian family.We noticed her ****** behaviour because there was another white family next to us.We could not play music on our cellphones outside,yet they were allowed to play music on speakers till late at night.we were not allowed to have a drink on the porch,yet they could hold bottles of drink and walk all around the place.It was not even an hour and she humiliated the kids that were using the trampoline saying that she would fine them R50 and tell us to leave the place . The white family next to us had a group of 10year old boys who kept trowing cans on our roof.When we phoned to complain to her twice and she said that they are just kids and she trusts them,and did not attend to our complains.
