Bad service , ****mers, ************* anti-loyal

As I was excited to have come across a company that looks legit and their customer service was great. Until this Silver Star Motors had to deliver the vehicle i rent to own from them. The consultant "Michael" kept pushing me for a deposit of R15000 After I paid the deposit than the excuses came up. I was told the driver is on route to deliver. I kept calling the driver and to my surprise he didn't pick up. the next morning I get a call from him using a different number saying he has been apprehended by the Police and I must send him R500 so that he can be released. Hours later I get another call from Michael the Silver Star consultant request me to pay R2500 to them so that i can get the car released. I mean WFT who's problem is it if their delivery guy get arrested by Police. I am just warning of ****ming companies Like Silver Star Motors who take peoples money and don't deliver as they promise. I am shuttled and disappointed at the level of service I got from Silver Star Motor. Be aware

As it is am having problems getting my refund back they are giving me the run around.
