Selling Vehicle with roadworthy Certificate with concealed defects

<p>Bought a vehicle from a seeming trustworthy good friend of my girlfriend, with a road worthy certificated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only to find out in taking the vehicle for the roadworthy certificate t be issued as it expired before we could register, that there were defects we were not aware of.</p> <p> </p> <p>The people seemingly a Service Center (All knowing) should not be in business.</p>
