SILVER STAR AUCTION

I bought a gas cylinder from their store 15/11/2018 for for welling purposes, when took the cylinder for exchange Afrox told me I can't own their property and the will take it with no refund . I went back to Silver Star Auction to sort that out with them, I returned the bottle for refund, but treated badly by the owner and him, till today I have not got my money back or a gas bottle with proper papers.
