Worst Service Silver spokes motorcycles kempton park

Hi. I would just like to advise anyone that wants to do Business with Silver spokes motorcycles Kempton Park to please be prepared to receive the worst possible service you can imagine. I took 2 of my CBX 1000 in for a major service and also compiled a small list of issues that needed to be looked at while in for service. (WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS) First of all their customer service is up to **** and the owner and his employees think they are doing you a favor and has no idea how to work with a customer that pays big $ for their "services" PART 1 1. It took way longer than they have said it would and every time you call to find out what the progress was you get a total different story from a total different person. 2. None of the issues that were raised in this case were looked at. I once phoned and was informed that they were sorry but the mechanic "accidentally" broken of a spark plug in the head and the engine needed to be removed and stripped to get the plug out. (ALL A LIE) 1 day later it was ready for collection after I almost lost it with them. 3. After the collection we started noticing that the issues we had was even worse than before. The one CBX 1000 had a problem with starting when it was cold and also a problem with the refs. To get that repaired the Carbs needed to be adjusted. (THAT WAS NEVER DONE AS REQUESTED) We phoned them back about the problems we had and with a massive attitude they the said we must return the motorcycle. And that's where it got even worse. PART 2 On the day of delivery the owner was there with a massive attitude and no respect of a client. They weren't even helpful to off-load the massive back from my Toyota. They took it in and said they will get back to us when it's done. We left it at that and 2 weeks later we started calling. I was informed that a part has been ordered that needed to be replaced and that it will take a few days longer. 1 Week later I phoned again and was informed the part has arrived and it will be done within a couple of days. We went of on a holiday for 3 weeks and on returning I phoned again and was told it's being worked on as we speak. 2 weeks later I still haven't heard anything back from them and phoned again. A different person answered and said they are just about to start with it. I was so disappointed that I told them to leave everything as it is, I will go and collect it. When I arrived nothing was done on it all the time is was there. The spares weren't ordered as they promised ect.... ect..... ect.... Please be aware of businesses like this before you get totally ********** like me by people that lie and manipulate and still gets nothing done.
