I had my wedding dress altered here and it was a disaster. Amateur handwork and incomplete, loose threads. I had to take the dress somewhere else to be redone.

Secondly I hired a veil, it was damaged and dirty but I was still charged a steep amount to hire it.

Thirdly, I bought items from their catalogue, it never arrived and after multiple requests I finally got a partial refund
