No answer to my investment

I've invested money over several years. Some I have stopped receiving financials. Others, the contracted period and payment of funds was never done. After sevral calls and emails finally I received a portion back. They still owe me a portion with a 10 month interest. Wanting to sell other shares is proving impossible. They are not contactable vie telephone and don't return emails anymore
