On the 12 Feb 2016 i made a R300 withdrawal which usually takes 3 to 5 working days to be paid out, this did not happen. I sent many mails to the consultants at the accounts dept, i was even asked to forward my bank statement with the dates which showed no money transfered to my account from that period to current , the problem is that till today i still have not received any correspondence from anybody from accounts and when i do enquire, the response is that the accounts dept will contact me. i sent a mail to Silversands Poker account to keep the money, because they might need it more than me, I do not really want to get the money back, just wanted other people to be aware of this site.
