Silversands Casino making my winnings dissapear

<p>I usually never lay complaints or reviews but I need people to hear this . After depositing some cash into my silversands casino account I played Blackjack perfect pairs which went very well and ended up hitting the withdraw on R800. This got declined because of paperwork not being submitted, which I sorted out even though it was quite a process having to scan front and back on your bank card and print and scan a document and crop the bank card scans on the PC and ID e.t.c but anways I got it done, my paperwork did get accepted after which I returned to my account and saw the funds were out my account. after a good couple of days of waiting for the cash I spoke to a rude lady on the live chat which made it clear that I am not going to get a cent of that cash because I played all the money out on black jack apparently and that is the end of discussion!! she cut me off the chat. chatted to another assistant which also was no help. They ended up sending me some email of the hands of black jack I played out. They clearly ran out of time with it as they started typing in figures like R60 hands over and over among other bets to make it look like I had lost my entire R800. absolute *******. I did not play the funds and no one has access to my account. They think they have cleverly swept it under the carpet, They do not want to communicate with me and on to the next candidate. NIce one silversands, after spending lots of cash and this being my first withdraw this is what I get. I will definately stay clear and advise others to do the same!!! ************!!</p>
