I would not advise ANYONE to visit

I am completely stunt at how unprofessional, untidy, unhealthy and absolutely unorganised a 'hospitality service' could be. Starting with the front desk manager, he is uncouth, disrespectful and an all-round unprofessional to say the least. There was no warning or apology for an electric failure witch left us sitting without lights for over 4 hours, as if that's bad, the manager has no authority whatsoever yet somehow he is better than the other manager who literally says NOTHING..he does and says nothing at all. This place is anything but 'luxury' it is dirty, unhealthy, and literally falling apart. There is no management, the cleaners do everything but clean and are just as rude or silent as their superiors. I don't understand who was bribed to help this 'hostel' get 3 stars when i, a simple customer wouldn't give them one. Electric appliances are tripping every 5 minutes and the staff couldn't care less. I wonder if the owner of this place is still alive or even on sides the fact that his customers actually pay and are not here as a favour. Bottom line I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO WASTE A CENT ON THIS PLACE!!! Disgustez !!!
