Do not book into that Hotel

We have booked into the hotel on the 22nd of November we arrived at around 23:00. When we arrived there was no hot water to shower the room smell terrible there was shouting out side the door and the staff was sleeping in the reception there was no remote for the air-condition. The bed sheets smell terrible. We didn't stay in the hotel and left the hotel after an hour.
