Peugeot service -True Value for money

My Car had giving me a warning 'Particle filter additive level too low'. I had panicked and called Richard to assist me. He said that I should call Peugeot directly. When I called Peugeot, they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to resolve this issue. I then called Richard back and said that this is the cost and its crazy. He told me that is too much. So he did some research and told me to give him a few days. In the interim I tried calling various Peugeot dealerships, hoping to get it cheaper, but all of them were overpriced. Richard got back to me and said he could do it for me at a fraction of the cost. I am pleased to say that he fixed the issue and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. He went out of his way to assist me, and for that, I am very grateful. A true man with great integrity and not wanting to rip people off.
