DISHONEST

They deal in License Renewals etc. I visited them 21 Jan 2016 paid R 1092.00 and gave Tyler my roadworthy certificate. Tyler saw it expires the 25 Jan 2016 but said that is enough time to get my license renewed(they also offer a same day service but because he said this is fine this was not needed) . I said to him that I have fines outstanding and that another License renewal business informed me that I first have to settle these before i can get my vehicle license. He assured me a few times(becaused i asked him are you sure?) that the Licensing department are just trying to intimidate me into paying these and that i will not have any extra costs because they cannot withhold my license because of outstanding fines.... Now 4 Feb 2016 I finally received my license disk but not after another roadworthy certificate R400, traffic fines I had to settle of R1500 and believe it or not an additional R66.00 for my licence disk!!!!! THIS AFTER TYLER ASSURED ME THAT THE ONLY COST WOULD BE R1092.00 WHEN CONFRONTING HIM HE JUST SHRUGGED IT OFF AND SAID HE CAN DO NOTHING...I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR EVER MAKE USE OF THEM AGAIN - WE TRUST A SERVICE PROVIDER AND THEN THIS HAPPENS!
