24 Nov 2025, 11:11I had car insurance with Silver Knight for two months. When I made a claim for a chipped rim, I encountered numerous issues. The experience was terrible due to the agent's threatening, rude, and unprofessional behavior. They didn't want to do a car inspection and the CEO, who is also the founder, was handling all roles including sales and customer service.
I realized the extent of the issue when I checked their LinkedIn. I advise against taking out insurance with Silver Knights. They're a fly-by-night company seeking to **** people. They'll promise good services and affordable premiums, but it's a ****. The agent was overly aggressive in pursuing me, switching between text, email, and WhatsApp.
When I tried to make a claim, I was interrogated about the incident, my cover, and the rules. When I wanted to log a complaint, I was told it would go through the same agent, with a response in six weeks. It was ridiculous. I cancelled with immediate effect and reversed my debit orders. He then drafted on his email that the policy is cancelled due to nonpayment received. All lies and Manipulation.
