Silver Destiny /Silver Destiny Vellies

I placed an order and paid for 6 pairs of vellies shoes on the 13th of June 2024,i have since been following up for my waybill number. Mostly iam ignored or my messages are read 2 or 3 days later with no accurate answer. I have asked for a redund and still iam ignored. This is very bad bussniess and i would feel very ashamed if i was you Nerisha. I have all proof on whatsapp and will not stop until i receive my money?!!
