Poor Service Delivery

Early this year a telecom / internet package was sold to us. I have never came across a company with so many promises with little or no service delivery. We are battling weekly with not being able to receiving incoming calls. Using power outages as an excuse is getting lame! We are so frustrated and hope that maybe with this poor service delivery report, we might get what we signed up for.
