Terrible service

Terrible customer service!!!! I've been waiting since 21 July for an invoice. Empty promises. I've followed up every single week and same excuses.

The product was great but terrible service. Accounts department never captured the details I sent through correctly and I have been asking for the amended invoice since 21 July but nothing. I get promised that some manager will call me and they never do.

I do not recommend this company at all. The products are NOT worth the hassle
