Bad Service from Silver Cross Schoolwear Pretoria North

I ordered a VE school rugby t-shirt for my nephew size 4-5 smallest size and they gave me a DM t-shirt 4-5 as a sample to check before making an order, i was happy with the size and i placed an order. When time came to collect the t-shirt it looked like size 9-10 but with a size tag of 4-5, when i tried to return it for the right size i was told i need to order a new one while 4-5 is the smallest size the have.

The lady didn't even try to take responsibility that its a mistake on their part and try to find a solution. She was just noy customer friendly - if it wasn't because we could only buy our nephew sport wear for school, i was not gonna use this shop anymore and this size issue is a known issue they are just arrogant to help customers and place a blame.
