Silver Chalk Design Studio Shocking Service

<p>I am writing this review to inform the public how *********** and unprofessional Silver Chalk Design Studio is. 210 Amarand Avenue(cnr. January Masilela & Amarand), I ordered and paid for business cards, only to discover later on that they made a spelling error on the proofs sent after the wording to them was provided correctly. They further refused to take any responsibility for their incompetence, they are not even willing to split reprint costs. They eventuallly agreed to reprint at cost, my expense of course. After I paid and sent them a stinking e-mail as to their incompetence. They then refused to reprint at cost, they will repay the reprint costs and would like me to go elsewhere. They sent me the 2nd set of proofs to have printed elsewhere but these also had errors on them. So 3 weeks later R670 spent , NO business cards and NO useable artwork. Shocking to say the least.</p>
