Poor quality goods and terrible customer service

We are an NGO that ordered t-shirts and caps from Silver Banana. They were of a terrible quality and the sizes were not standard. We therefore contacted them to try and work out a solution but they have refused to engage with us and the management does not respond to emails. I would advise everyone looking for corporate wear or printing to not use Silver Banana as they are not interested in customer satisfaction and are only focused on making a quick profit at the expense of others.
