Unprofessional management

Hi good day.

I'm a regular customer and I'm very disappointed by the way manager treat there staff inform of customers ... Its very unprofessional and its not the first time I have witness the rude attitude from the boss ... My first visit to th e shop was very unpleasant where the boss shouted at his staff like they meant nothing . I stop my shopping at the immediately and left after I was informed that its the owner when I asked who that rude guy was .. Serious investigation should be done because it's very unprofessional and bad for business otherwise I have no choice and go make a complaint by the mall management about owners .. Thanks
