Damaged Fossil Watch
On the 20th of February I took my fossil watch for a battery to Silvana Jewellery Studio in Longbeach Mall.

When I got home I saw the gold and plate at the back of my watch were scratched. The morning of Monday 22de February I called the store where I spoke to Crissy. She asked if the old man the watchmaker worked on the watch and where did he scratch it. I explained no it was the younger man who was sitting behind he she asked to fix it. She explained I must return the watch which I did the 27th February. The man who worked on my watch said he is going to book it in and give it to the watchmaker to look at.

Two weeks in I called them to find out if the watch ready for collection cause I heard nothing from them. The Saturday 12th March I collected the watch and all they did in the two weeks were polish the watch, the scratch still there. The man who scratched my watch (Steyn) gave me a story about fossil watches not having a clip you can open at the back and it will scratch but that is a lie.

I have had the watch a while but I took care of it and this is the first time it was opened to replace the battery and it gets scratched by someone who is not even the watchmaker.
