Silulo Store no service at all

We ordered a Doogee phone and Wireless charger in February. In the meantime we have received the phone but waited for the charger. After numerous phone calls and emails they eventually rep**** on 9 June saying they cant supply us with the charger and they will refund us. The confirmed receiving our bank details, but now its been almost a month and still we have not received our refund and they are not replying to our emails.
