Not delivering order

I have ordered a cellular phone on their online store https://silulostore.co.za/, and paid the money. Since i placed an order nothing is showing the status of my order, i tried to make followups with the company via emails and phone calls, they are not responding to my emails or taking up the calls. I dont even know whether the company is legit or not but i suspect the company is not legit.
