Good prices, slow delivery, wrong phone models

The range of products is amazing but they took over 8 business days to deliver a phone from East London to Johannesburg. They claimed that the phone was stocked locally so I'm concluding that their order processing service is the poorest I've seen in this industry.

Also, they didn't inform me the phone I bought was a Chinese version. The result was that the apps were all Chinese types and China's mobile restrictions were imposed on the phone and I haven't been able to overcome any of it, to date.

Lastly, they promised me a tempered screen protector and selfie stick as a gift for my purchase but they only included a 2,000 mAh power bank.

My suggestion: make sure you ask them all the fine details before you place order.

If can be avoided, then by what you want from more established, trusted retailers.
