At the end they managed to Delivered

I have ordered Xiaomi Note 6 pro on the 30 December 2018 with Silulo Store, they shipped the order through Courier IT and they lost my parcel. I then request for a refund, they were ready to refund me until I changed my mind, and ordered another phone. I asked them to use a different courier company because courier IT has many bad reviews and they don't deliver, they keep delaying and losing parcels. They then shipped another phone through The Courier Guy and I got the parcel the next day after getting a tracking number.
