Silly George Pillow Order was SILLY TERRIBLE

I had the WORST experience with this company who does printing and advertises custom pillow printing (the pillows get cut out around the edges of objects in the photos, if that makes sense).

I sent a photo of my baby, one of her most beautiful ones. Firstly, they promise delivery within a few days. After 2 weeks, I still did not receive my product and they responded only 2 days after my enquiry email and still did not commit to a date of delivery and merely stated it is 'in production', whatever that means.

When they finally confirmed that it was sent, the courier messed up the order and I found that the courier service they use is very unreliable and slow. I ultimately had to drive to another city where the courier was located to collect my own parcel!

When I actually received the pillow, my baby's face looked completely disfigured and she looked terrifying. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift to Grandma, and now was definitely not something anyone would like to look at. Upon emailing them to report this and request a solution, they basically stated that it is what it is and sales orders are final, giving NO solution and NO remorse about this product. I was expecting them to atleast offer to redo the order, but this was also just brushed off even after I explained that as a responsible consumer, I have the duty to inforn other potential customers about this HORRIBLE experience I had with these people who want your money without the necessary appropriate customer service to follow.
