Unsatisfied service

<p>So I purchase a product at the end of March 2016.</p> <p>Get tracking number and all. April 2016 comes and nothing received yet. So I phone around as it's in JHB and they like ok there a hold up. May 2016 I phone again and they say the tracker number belongs to a van der merwe. I email Silly deals and all they say is they cannot trace my parcel and the wrong tracking number was given. . I must send bank details for refund. So Im like not going to send banking details they must resend my place like been a week already and no response or new tracking number. Nothing. Are they legit. So ****ed off.</p>
