Orders "lost", "incorrect" tracking number

<p>I purchased a fitness tracking watch from Silly Deals in early April. I was issued by them a tracking and reference number. A payment was made with my credit card. </p> <p> </p> <p>At the end of May i tried to track my parcel, nothing. I contacted them via the help email option on their website. They told me I was given the incorrect tracking number. I noticed that the parcel was sent to nelspruit depot and then back to Johannesburg again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked them to just resend it to me. I was told I would be refunded within 21 days as the price of the watch had now gone up. Stiil nothing now on the 20th June.</p> <p> </p> <p>Utter bulldust!!! </p> <p>Please nobody use Silly Deals. We should all learn from their name that it is Silly if you want to be ****** by these people.</p> <p>Joseph Beket</p>
