Orders are lost and no help from service email

<p>I purchaced a phone on http://sillydeals.co.za/ and i received the wrong tracking number.</p> <p>The phone has now gone missing in transit and i have not been able to get any help from their Support Centre!</p> <p> </p> <p>It has taken 30+ days for any feedback from them and all they can say is sorry that it got lost and for giving me the wrong tracking number!</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolytely terrible! Suspect **********?!?!</p> <p> </p>
