Silkysmooth.co.za ****!!!!!!

Ordered and paid on 27 November 2020 for my silky smooth laser and got an email stating I would receive another when it's ready to be shipped but nothing,received no other notification from them,I have sent 4 emails and had zero response from them,this seems like a ****,lost R899 to these ********, I am so angry!!! And they advertise on Facebook!!!
