I have been dealing with Silkon for approximately 5 years now as a Trustee at a complex under the Management of Silkon. At the onset they received a raw deal when taking on the complex which was in very bad shape financially. Within 18 months under the guidance of Silkon and specifically Colin the complex was no longer on its knees but standing proud with financial statement never see during the tenure of the previous Managing Agent. Silkon is always professional and responses quickly to requests submitted via the agreed channels.
