Shocking service

I advise that you avoid this service provider if you are wanting any level of efficient service. After receiving a quote and accepting it, I didn't hear from her for over 10days. After emailing her twice, I eventually phoned as to when she would provide the service. She denied receiving any emails and I was told that the order wasn't worth her time as she was too busy so she would rather not follow through with it.
