Ripping us off our blood and sweat

I have been a member of this funeral services since October 2021,underwitten by RMA,in 2022 January 5,i ammended 2 of my relatives including them to the policy,taking out 2 deceased members that did not have six months.One of the people i included in my ammendment Nosisi Hazel Siyaya was never captured by Silusapho .I learnt about this when she passed on in May 2023,when i went to claim.When they told me this,i went into their whatsapp chat,fortunately i took pictures of my ammended forms and sent also to the group.I showed them the chat of that date,and they claimed its null and void cause the signature page was not there.My point is why did they not contact me when capturing?All i want is my contributions from January 2022 up to date,Cause i can never let 2 deceased people sit whereas i have a long list of extended family that needs to be covered.They refused point blank to pay for the claim.out of frustration last month i came across the file with the missing part (signature)part.
