I am in need of a specific mould in SA and see the website - [URL Removed] or [URL Removed] which advertise a mould. i managed to place and online order. Received an invoice with banking details. I also included courier fees for next day delivery. I received an email confirming that the specific mould will be sent in one day. Since the payment was made I have been unable to get hold of any one telephonically. Emails are unanswered. Online requests are unanswered. Needless to say - I have not received the product I paid for
