Silicon House - worst reseller host platform in the world

I would advise no one to use Silicon House as a web host - they are pahetic and completely ***********. For TWO WEEKS, we have been having an issue with emails not being delivered and keep getting asked to "raise a ticket" which we do & they simply close without resolving. This has now made us have to pay another web hosting company to actually host the email accounts. They are completely *********** and tc12 on chat is a total imbercile who has no industry knowledge - when asked to assist, does nothing to help you. Please choose another provider - you dont want to be involved with these guys, they are useless.
