Stay far far away from Indiegogo

Dear Indiegogo, I have sent several emails to you for assistance. And you have not bothered to reply. I've asked for your help regarding a campaigner that is continuously lying to their backers. I have sent you all the evidence to prove to Indiegogo how they operate. Yet, you have failed to do anything about it. I have now taken to social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube) to share my experience with the world. This can all be avoided if you email me back and resolve the matter. 1) On the 23rd of August 2020, I decided to back a campaign on your site. Contribution ID is 7387. During the time of backing, I was informed that I will have until the 29th of August to withdraw from the campaign. 2) I requested to withdraw from the campaign on the 25th of August 2020. I received an email from Leo at Indiegogo saying that the campaigner locked my contribution.Saying that I had to contact the campaigner to request withdrawal. Which I did. I tried to contact them via your platform as well as the contact email provided. They did not respond to my requests. Ignoring all my emails and messages. (Email Attached) 3) On the 18th of September 2020, I received an email from 70Mai saying that my shipment has been sent. This after I have sent several emails requesting to withdraw and get a refund. (Email attached) 4) On the 26th of September 2020, I received an email from Fedex requesting proof of payment. I sent them the proof of payment and they informed me that the declared value is incorrect therefore there will be two penalties to be paid, along with increased taxes and duties. This all because 70Mai **** on shipping documents. (Email attached with evidence from Customs slip) 5) Fedex contacted me again on email saying that due to the incorrect information declared, the items will not be cleared until the fines, taxes and duties are paid. They also said that items cannot be returned to the sender. Customs will seize and destroy the items instead due to the sender lying on legal payment regarding the value. (Email attached) 6) 70Mai informed me to pay the fine and they will reimburse me via PayPal. I informed them that I will not be paying for their ********** shipping. And they have to do it themselves. They never rep**** to my emails, so I will not trust them to get any money back from them once I paid from my pocket. They then informed me that they have contacted Fedex and submitted additional paperwork to Fedex. Thus, it allows me to reject the delivery once it arrives and it will be returned to them. I warned then that fedex will have to hand over the shipment back to customs and it will be destroyed. (Emails attached) 7)70Mai said on email on the 295h of September 2020 that they formally responded to my refund request on the 25th of August saying that they cannot refund a shipped order. As mentioned above, they are lying as the attached evidence shows, they shipped out of the 18th of September only. They also are not able to provide any evidence of their formal response on the 25th of August 2020. Again, blatantly lying to backers. (email attached.) 8) Today, 30th of September 2020, Fedex attempted to deliver the item. I instructed them that I will not be accepting the item. As mentioned by 70Mai, I am allowed to refuse delivery. If anything happens, it will not be my fault. I have given them several warnings on emails which they have ignored. They mentioned that they have already contacted Fedex and cleared the matter. 9) Also, the last email I received was from Will at Indiegogo advising me that I can take steps through the terms of use page on Indiegogo should the campaigner be unresponsive. I've looked at the page and don't understand what needs to be done. I then reached out to Indiegogo again for support and was still waiting. Due to the ongoing matter, I would like to request your full legal entity name and legal registered address to start legal proceedings on the above mentioned matter. I have informed my solicitor about the situation. As previously mentioned, I have given more than enough time for all parties involved to reply and resolve the situation. I was hoping to resolve this peacefully for all parties involved. I have now provided you with all the relevant information for your investigation and mitigation. Time to step in. Should you require access to my emails for investigation, I have a 1 page document from my solicitor that you can sign and I can provide you with full access to my gmail account to investigate the matter for yourselves. I trust now you have all the information to proceed against 70Mai. I also managed to get in contact with 4 other backers who experienced the same problems. They will also be following me in a legal action suit against Indiegogo if this does not get resolved. (attached evidence)
