No support for backers and campaigners

We are beyond disappointed in Indiegogo, we refunded a customer on the 4th of January and they have not received the money from Indiegogo as it stands. I have sent 4 emails to Indiegogo support, opened a support ticket, there are no responses to any of my emails or support tickets. How can you have a business that no one can contact?
