Refusal to replace faulty equipment

decided to add an extra dome camera to our security system and had Silent night as they installed whole system. However when it drizzled (not even rained) visibility was reduced significantly and camera fogged up. This was reported and Bryan said it was because of rain - when pointed out that none of other dome cameras installed by him had this problem and therefore that camera was faulty, he eventually arranged for replacement but installed a bullet camera instead which we did not want given theft risk. A month later (his excuse was \we've had to make up a cover") his technicians arrived. Saw them cutting a piece of aluminum from a roll to shape and told that this was the rain cover - if this was all they needed to do why the month long delay"
