unfair treatment by SIKHUMBA CONSTRUCTION

Hellopeter, I will like to place a complaint against SIKHUMBA CONSTRUCTION, they came into my area of residence in Lotus Gardens in October 2019 and dug up tranches to put electricity cables to connect on the new housing development project next to my area of residence, they removed the paving in front of my house that I did at my own expense and gave a verbal promise to put back the paving the way it was after they finish connecting the cables and that never happened. On December 2, 2019, I called Mr Herman Knipe on *** who is the Director of the company and I explained to him what transpired and he promised to send his workers of which they did arrive on the 16 of December 2019 to close the hole that was in front of my gate and to replace some of the paving but not the whole area as promised. The workers left the bricks laying around and did not put back the concrete around the paved areas. Unfortunately the construction had to close due to lockdown in April 2020. When the construction resumed their work after lockdown, on the 05 October 2020, I again called the on site manager Mr Kobus Botha on *** who was also well informed about the situation and I even sent him pictures of my house on his WhatsApp detailing how the place look like and he promised to look into my compliant and he acknowledge that he was aware of the problem and promised me to have it fixed but that never happened until today. On the 28 October 2020, I tried to contact Mr Botha on his cellphone but he was not answering my call. I then decided to call Mr Knipe who promised to talk to Mr Botha and have the problem resolved but still my paving is not fixed. I had to spend two Christmas with the front of my house looking so untidy. Now when I try to call them no one is picking up the phone, please help Thabisile Masuku 7554 Lotus Gardens Pretoria
