Unprofessionaly run and pathetic service

The worst booking experience ever. The place is run unprofessionaly. No point of contact and queries take forever to be responded to. The place is advertised in booking.com ,but their booking and cancellation policy is different from the one on the platform. When you cancel,they give you a new policy that they've never disclosed. The owner is rude and unprofessional. A booking was cancelled and he refused to do a refund and instead sent a non existent cancellation policy. The most pathetic level of service ever. The establishment,if I can call it that doesn't deserve to be on any booking platforms. False advertising and misrepresentation of the place
